For over 23 years, we have been working on developing our 100 acres of hardwood forest in West Virginia into a working homestead/farm. We have learned new skills and tried many new ideas. Some with success and some with failure.

Our assessment process includes on onsite tour of your land where we explore the features and talk with the property owner about their goals with the property. We will shoot video footage for reference and potential Youtube footage (details can be discussed). After our tour, we will write an assessment document that offers our suggestions on what changes to make to your property.

Our experience is best served in the greater Appalachian region as that is what we are most familiar.
