We have sold all of our hogs available for whole and half sales. We kept back a few for our customers who didn’t want to commit to that much yummy pork. These are going to the processor in mid March. We are accepting pre-orders of all available cuts. This will be on a first come, first serve basis as cuts will be limited.

If you are interested, please submit your order details via our contact form. Simply include in the comment box what cuts you want and how many pounds of each. Deposits are not required, but they will guarantee your order if there are more requests than available pork. If, for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, your deposit will be fully refunded. We will accept custom requests if it meets the minimum poundage requirements from the processor.

Ground Pork – $4.00/lb (great for chili, burgers, or make your own sausage)
Natural Hickory Smoked Bacon – $7.50/lb
Fresh Bacon – $6.75/lb
Smoked and Sliced Jowl – $6.50/lb (similar to bacon)
Natural Hickory Smoked Half Hams – $8.50/lb
Natural Hickory Smoked Ham Steaks – $8.75/lb
Fresh Hams – $7.50/lb
Fresh Ham Steaks – $7.75/lb
Pork Roast – $7.75/lb
Pork Chops (bone -in) – $6.75/lb
Pork Chops (boneless) – $7.00/lb
Spare Ribs – $5.25/lb
Pork Liver – $3.50/lb

*All sausage sold By RTH contains no MSG, gluten, or dairy products.
